Processing & Fulfillment Timeline Standard Luxury Inventory: All in-stock luxury extension bundles, closures, braiding hair, crochet hair, ponytails and raw hair pieces are processed and packaged within 2–3 business days. Weekend Policy: Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or national holidays
  2. .2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates Domestic Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate via UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment is packaged and processed
  3. 3. Mandatory Security & Signature Tracking Signature Required: To protect your luxury investment, all orders over $250.00 require a mandatory physical signature upon delivery. Ensure your delivery address has an authorized adult present to sign for the package. P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to signature security requirements for high-value custom cargo
  4. 4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cargo: The Secret Hair Vault is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit . If you receive your order damaged, or if tracking shows your package was delivered but it is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file an official claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
